It can help reduce the appearance of cellulite by stimulating blood flow and circulation to the area, and it can also improve immune function with lymphatic drainage.
Body brushing can also increase muscle tone as a result of enlivening the nerve endings in muscular fibers.
And of course, the most immediate boost is to skin. Exfoliating regularly keeps pores clear and a complexion glowing.
Moving from head-to-toe, use soft, quick stokes in the direction of your heart, which will stimulate circulation and elimination.
