Fruit and Grain Breakfast Parfaits  Recipe

Simply combine some low-fat dairy, fresh fruit and fiber-full Kellogg's All-Bran Original cereal for a meal that's sure to keep you satiated and at the top of your game until lunch.

Fruit and Grain Breakfast Parfait Recipe

    Prep Time: 10 minutes

    Yield: Serves 2

Fruit and Grain Breakfast Parfaits Ingredients

    1 cup fresh blueberries

    1/2 cup Kellogg's All-Bran cereal

    Two 8-ounce containers low-fat vanilla yogurt

    2 raspberries

Fruit and Grain Breakfast Parfaits Directions

    Toss blueberries and cereal in a bowl until well-combined, mashing some of the berries with the back of a spoon.

    Spoon alternate layers of yogurt and cereal mixture into each of two tall parfait glasses.

    Top each glass with a raspberry.
