by Dorian Wagner
If your Twitter timeline is a boring stream of people complaining about their bosses, taking pictures of their lunch, or checking in to every single place they go, you may want to follow a cat or two. It's refreshing, cute and just plain fun. Here are my recommendations of who to follow.
@IamButton:
Button is a sharp-witted comedian kitty. Her profile says, "Fist bumps are so last year. I do head bumps," and she tends to talk hairballs and other things we love about cats.
@CathyKeisha:
This cat has cattitude and a spitfire personality. For bonus entertainment, check out her blog.
@BabyPatches:
Baby Patches reigns queen of the cute cat language. You'll find some cats tweet in English, and others speak in a kind of "cat version" of it, each with its own twist. This one is my favorite.
@MooForPresident:
Keep an eye on this guy. He's announced his candidacy for president because, as he says, "It was only a matter of time before we elected a cat president, and that time is now."
@Sockington:
This is the king of all cat Twitterers. Sockington may be the cat that started it all. He has almost 1.5 million followers or, as he likes to call them, his "Socks Army."
So why not follow a couple of furry friends? Hopefully none of them eats the Twitter bird.
