Medical Waste Matches Roger Clemens' DNA

Forensic doctor Alan Keel told jurors two cotton balls and a syringe needle allegedly saved from a steroids injection of Roger Clemens tested positive for the ex-MLB pitcher's DNA.
The testimony could well bolster the government's claim Clemens lied to congress about using performance enhancers.
The cotton ball matches were "unique to one person who has ever lived on the planet", forensic doctor Alan Keel told jurors Friday.
He said the possibility of a random match for the cotton balls would number in the trillions, though the needle was only in the hundreds due to the lack of cells available for testing.
Clemens' former strength coach Brian McNamee testified he retained the medical waste after injecting the pitcher with steroids.
