"Top Gun: Maverick" is the sequel to the 1986 movie Top Gun, directed by Joseph Kosinski and produced by Jerry Bruckheimer and Tom Cruise. The movie stars Tom Cruise as Pete "Maverick" Mitchell, with Miles Teller as Bradley "Rooster" Bradshaw -- the son of Maverick's former partner, Jennifer Connelly, Jon Hamm, Glen Powell, Lewis Pullman, Ed Harris, and Val Kilmer in supporting roles.
