The case against Syracuse assistant basketball coach Bernie Fine keeps building and building.

Accused of sexual molestation by former ball boys Bobby Davis and Mike Lang, Fine is now under even more scrutiny as a third accuser has stepped forward and a taped phone call has surfaced between Davis and Fine's wife Laurie.

ESPN's Outside the Lines reported Sunday that the network had been in possession of a tape since 2003 in which Laurie Fine tells accuser Bobby Davis she feared her husband had sexually molested Davis in their home when Davis was a boy.

"I know everything that went on, you know," Laurie Fine said on the call, which was reported on ESPN's OTL Sunday morning. "I know everything that went on with him . . . Bernie has issues, maybe that he's not aware of, but he has issues . . . And you trusted somebody you shouldn't have trusted . . . Bernie is also in denial. I think that he did the things he did, but he's somehow through his own mental telepathy has erased them out of his mind."

Another alleged victim has also come forward, the Syracuse Post-Standard reported Sunday, providing the basis for a search warrant to be executed Friday at Fine's home.

Syracuse University said Sunday that coach Jim Boeheim "is not commenting further on the subject at this time," That's a stark contrast from when the case broke when Boeheim came right to Fine's defense, declaring him innocent and saying the allegations were "a bunch of a thousand lies" provided by accusers who were motivated by money.

Fine has denied the allegations as false and not made any further comment other than a statement when the case came to light.
