Running back Arian Foster scored on a 42-yard run with 12 minutes left to play and the Houston Texans held on for a 17-10 victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers at Reliant Stadium.

Foster rushed 155 yards on 30 carries and scored the winning touchdown in the fourth quarter to give the Titans (3-1) a share of the AFC South lead with the Tennessee Titans.

With the game tied at 10-10 in the final quarter, the previously injury-hampered Foster broke loose for the game-winning TD with 12:02 remaining on the game clock.

Texans quarterback Matt Schaub completed 14-of-21 passes for 138 yards and threw one-yard TD pass to tight end Owen Daniels in the first quarter.

Running back Rashard Mendenhall scored on a three-yard TD run in the third quarter and kicker Shaun Suisham kicked two field goals for the Steelers.

The Steelers were hampered in their efforts as Mendenhall (hamstring), defensive end Aaron Smith (foot), and James Harrison (eye) left the game early.

Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger went 16-for-30 for 206 yards with one interception. The Pro Bowl quarterback also absorbed five sacks in another punishing game.

With the loss, the Steelers (2-2) are tied with the Cincinnati Bengals and Cleveland Browns in the AFC North behind the division-leading Baltimore Ravens.
