Baltimore Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis may miss his first game since 2007 Sunday against the 6-3 Cincinnati Bengals due to a toe injury suffered in a surprising loss to the Seattle Seahawks in Week 10.

Lewis, 37, has started 57 consecutive games and leads the Ravens with 68 tackles, also getting two sacks, one interception and two forced fumbles this season.

The 12-time Pro Bowler saw a South Florida specialist Thursday, who confirmed the damage to his toe.

Although head coach John Harbaugh told reporters Lewis' status is uncertain as a game-time decision, the injury seems to be serious enough to sideline to defensive stalwart.

In his place at middle linebacker, the Ravens will likely start undrafted free agent Dannell Ellerbe.
