Brandon Weeden threw three first-half touchdowns as No. 4 Oklahoma State continued its impressive start with a 45-24 victory over host Missouri Saturday.

Joseph Randle added 138 yards on 14 carries and three TD for the Cowboys (7-0, 4-0 Big 12), who also started 7-0 in 2008 and 1945. With the win, Oklahoma State keeps alive what could be a winner-take-all slugfest with Oklahoma Dec. 3 for a trip to the national title game on the line.

Missouri, which entered on a 10-game home winning streak, couldn't slow down the vaunted Oklahoma State offense. Weeden threw for 338 yards and the Cowboys piled up 533 yards. They entered leading the conference in scoring (49.2) and total offense (551.2), ranking among the top-5 in the nation both categories

In their last visit here in 2008, the Cowboys knocked off the 5-0 and No.3 ranked Tigers. Missouri had a chance to repay Oklahoma State, but the Cowboys started fast in their third straight win in Columbia and ninth consecutive road triumph - second in the nation to Virginia Tech's 11.

Weeden found Michael Harrison all alone in the right corner of the end zone with 6:47 to play in the first quarter and Justin Blackmon on an 8-yard cross with 1:59 left in the quarter for a 14-3 lead. Blackmon finished with 54 yards on eight catches before leaving with a minor injury.

Missouri rallied to 24-17 at the half, but Randle broke off scoring runs of 16 and 59 yards to push the advantage to 38-17 entering the fourth.

Henry Joseph ran 25 times for 138 yards for Missouri (3-4, 1-3), which entered averaging 46 points and 539 yards per game in three home victories.

Missouri quarterback James Franklin completed 14 of 27 for 184 yards but was picked off three times.
