The San Antonio Spurs have signed to multi-year deals two key players in their run to the Western Conference finals.

Restricted free agent guard Danny Green has agreed to a three-year, $11.3 million fully guaranteed contract, a source familiar with the negotiations told ESPN.com.

Forward Boris Diaw, an unrestricted free agent, decided to stay with San Antonio, signing a two-year, $9 million deal, including a player option for the 2013-14 season. The contract includes incentives that could increase the value of the deal to $9.2 million

Green started 38 games last season. In 66 games overall, he averaged 9.1 points and hit 43 percent of his 3-point attempts.

Diaw signed with the Spurs after being waived by the Charlotte Bobcats in March. He averaged 4.7 points and 4.2 rebounds in 20 games with San Antonio, which lost to the Oklahoma City Thunder in the West finals.

With the latest signings, superstar Tim Duncan is the last Spurs' unrestricted free agent who has yet to agree to a deal.

But the veteran center made it clear in March that he planned to stay with San Antonio, emphasizing that he is a "Spur for life."

San Antonio's first overall pick in 1997, Duncan averaged 15.4 points and 9.0 rebounds in 58 games last season. In his 15 seasons with the Spurs, Duncan averaged 20.3 points and 11.3 rebounds.

In his career, Duncan amassed 22,558 points, 12,533 rebounds and 2,469 blocks.
