This fast Greek Yogurt, Granola and Citrus parfait is loaded with protein from Greek yogurt (which has double the protein of regular yogurt) and nutrient-rich carbohydrates from granola, grapefruit and tangerine. Ruby red grapefruit and tangerine provide an excellent source of the antioxidant vitamins A and C.

    1 cup Greek nonfat vanilla yogurt

    2/3 cup favorite granola cereal

    1/2 small ruby red grapefruit, peeled and sliced

    1 tangerine, peeled and sliced

    1. In a tall glass or bowl, layer all ingredients alternately.
