Babe Ruth, Reggie Jackson and now Albert Pujols.
The latter star joined the two legendary players as the only sluggers to belt three homers in a World Series game as he accomplished Saturday for the St. Louis Cardinals in a 16-7 win over the Texas Rangers for a 2-1 advantage.
Ruth managed the feat twice for the Pinstripes in the late 1920's, while Jackson did it for the 1977 Yankees.
To say Pujols had a monster game would be an understatement as he also tied marks with five hits and six RBI in the contest.
He set a series mark with 14 total bases after homering in the sixth, seventh and ninth innings.
