Former NFL head coach Jim L. Mora will reportedly be the next coach of the UCLA Bruins.

According to sources close to the situation, Mora will officially be introduced as the Bruins' head coach as soon as Saturday.

ESPNLosAngeles.com. reported the story citing sources with knowledge of the situation.

The 50-year-old coached the Atlanta Falcons and Seattle Seahawks in the NFL and is currently employed as an analyst for the NFL network.

Jim's father was an assistant with UCLA.

Mora replaces Rick Neuheisel, who was fired after four years in Westwood.

The Bruins went just 21-29 under Neuheisel, who never was able to elevate UCLA to the level of cross-town rival USC, which won 10 games this season, including a 50-0 drubbing of the Bruins.
