Tom Brady threw three touchdowns passes and ran for another score as the New England Patriots ended a two-game losing streak with a convincing 52-28 victory over the Buffalo Bills Sunday at Ralph Wilson Stadium.

The victory extended the Patriots' streak to 157 games without a three-game losing streak. They last lost three games in a row in 2002.

Brady completed 22 of 36 passes for 340 yards with no interceptions and led the Patriots (2-2) to six scoring drives in the second half to erase the Bills' 21-7 lead.

The Patriots tied a team record with four rushing touchdown, three coming in the second half, one each by Brady, Stevan Ridley and rookie Brandon Bolden

Bolden rushed for 137 yards and Ridley added 106 to give the Patriots two rushers with

100-yard performance in the same game for the first time since Nov. 23, 1980 when Don Calhoun (106) and Vagas Ferguson (100) each went over 100 yards rushing against the Baltimore Colts.

The Patriots' receiving corps also delivered with wide receiver Wes Welker garnering 129 yards on nine receptions and tight end Rob Gronkowski catching five passes for 109 yards and a touchdown.

Welker's performance vaulted him into second in the Patriots' all-time receiving yards list with 6,485, overtaking Troy Brown's 6,366. Stanley Morgan is in first place with 10,352 yards.

Brandon Lloyd and Danny Woodhead also contributed a touchdown each for the Patriots, who gave coach Bill Belichick his 194th career win that moved him to solo 8th place on the all-time list. He needs eight more victories to move past Dan Reeves (201) into seventh place all-time.

The Bills (2-2) were led by quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick, who completed 22 of 39 passes for 350 yards and four touchdowns but was picked four times.

Fitzpatrick's back-to-back touchdown passes to Scott Chandler in the second quarter and a 68-yard touchdown heave to Donald Jones gave the Bills a 21-7 lead in the third period.

Brady then responded with a 17-yard touchdown pass to Woodhead before dashing home for a four-yard score to tie the count at 21.

In the fourth quarter, the Patriots unleashed 21 unanswered points behind touchdowns by Gronkowski, Ridley and Bolden before Fitzpatrick delivered a 35-yard touchdown pass to Brad Smith to snap the Bills' scoring drought.

Brady put the finishing touches with a 25-yard touchdown pass to Lloyd and Stephen Gostkowski iced the win with a 30-yard field goal.
