After another disappointing NFL regular season, Cleveland Browns head coach Pat Shurmur and general manager Tom Heckert are expected to be fired after the team's regular-season finale against the Pittsburgh Steelers Sunday.

According to sources, the Browns are looking at Alabama coach Nick Saban. Oregon head coach Chip Kelly and former Broncos head coach and current Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels to replace Shurmur.

With a new ownership, led by Jimmy Haslem, in place, changes are expected to happen with the Browns, especially in the head coaching position.

Now that the Browns are out of playoff contention, Haslem has plenty of reasons to make some changes in the coaching staff, starting with Shurmur.

Shurmur, however, said he is focused on finishing the season on a strong note and worry about his job later.

"Listen, I get this, and my concerns are for my team and making sure that we do all the right things during the game to give our guys the best chance to win," Shurmur told the Cleveland Plain Dealer, adding that has not received any official communication regarding his dismissal.

"That's where I'm at. We have not won enough football games, and I know that's the way this things works, but in our situation I see improvement and I'll leave it at that," Shurmur added.

In his first season, Shurmur led the Browns to a 4-12 record. They are currently have a 5-10 record.
