Jacoby Jones scored on a 63-yard punt return and Justin Tucker buried two field goals to carry the Baltimore Ravens to a 13-10 victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers Sunday at Heinz Field.

The win gave the Ravens (8-2) a two-game lead over the Steelers for first place in the AFC North. The Steelers, who played without star quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, slipped to 6-4.

Joe Flacco completed 20 of 32 passes for 164 yards with no touchdown, Anquan Boldin tallied 78 yards on eight catches while running back Ray Rice rushed for 40 yards on 20 carries and added 53 yards on three catches for the Ravens.

The Ravens' defense also did its part, not allowing the Steelers to reach the end zone after giving up a 31-yard touchdown run to quarterback Byron Leftwich. The quarterback completed 18 of 39 passes for 201 yards and an interception in place of injured Roethlisberger.

"The difference is obviously that we didn't find a significant play, particularly in the waning moments and in any of the three phases to be the difference, to put points on the board and allow us to get out of the stadium with the win," said Steelers coach Mike Tomlin.

"We accept responsibility for our performance, but we also tip our hat to those guys," he added

Leftwich's touchdown run gave the Steelers a 7-0 lead but the Ravens scored 13 straight points bridging the second and third quarters behind field goals by Tucker. He nailed attempts from 26 and 39 yards and a touchdown return by Jones helped Baltimore grab a 13-7 lead.

Shaun Suisham then hit a 22-yard field goal to cap a 12-play, 80-yard drive and cut the Ravens' lead to 13-10 with 37 seconds to play in the third quarter.

In the fourth period, the Steelers advanced into Ravens' territory twice but sack by Haloti Ngata forced a punt on one drive and a sack by reserve safety James Ihedigbo forced a punt on the next.

Meanwhile, tight end Dennis Pitta suffered a concussion during the Ravens' first offensive drive.

He caught a 5-yard pass short of a first down and was hit hard by Steelers safety Ryan Clark and linebacker Lawrence Timmons.

Pitta, who leads the team's tight ends with 38 catches for 381 yards and three touchdowns, slowly headed to the sideline and was taken to the locker room for immediate evaluation.
