Tim Tebow Works on Passing Game with QB Guru

In a bid to continue his development as the starting quarterback for the Denver Broncos, Tim Tebow is addressing his much-maligned passing motion.
Tebow, who captured the hearts and minds of football fans across the country this past season, has been in Los Angeles with UCLA offensive coordinator Noel Mazzone working on his mechanics, ESPN.com reported.
Mazzone previously helped Tebow, working with the Heisman Trophy winner on his fundamentals coming out of Florida. Mazzone is being assisted by his son, Taylor, in turning Tebow into a mechanically sound quarterback.
The work on Tebow's throwing mechanics is reportedly held twice a day for a few hours each session.
Mazzone, regarded for his extensive experience in helping QBs fine tune their mechanics, recently landed the UCLA job after holding the same title at Arizona State over the last two years.
The Broncos are coming off an 8-8 season, an AFC West championship, and a heart-stopping playoff triumph over the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Denver's hopes of replicating its success in 2011 will largely hinge on Tebow's progression as a passer.
Tebow, 24, who is entering his third season as a pro, led the Broncos to a series of clutch victories this past season. He started 11 games for Denver in 2011 and won seven of his first eight starts.
Tebow, however, completed just 46.5 percent of his passes in the regular season, the lowest among NFL starters. He was only 40.4 percent in the Broncos' two playoff games.
With NFL teams afforded limited allowable amount of practice time with players during the offseason, Mazzone indicated that he has been regularly communicating with Broncos QB coach Adam Gase while working with Tebow.
Meanwhile, Broncos boss and Super Bowl-winning QB John Elway is set to work with Tebow after Mazzone finishes his training, which is expected to last another week.
