A family source is indicating that Baylor quarterback Robert Griffin III will tell Baylor coach Art Briles he will give up his senior year at the school to turn pro, according to ESPN.

Griffin put Baylor on the map by throwing for 4,293 yards with 37 touchdowns and only six interceptions this season.

Griffin, who piled on 699 rushing yards and 10 scores in the campaign, completed 800 of 1,192 passes for 10,366 yards with 78 touchdowns to just 17 interceptions.

He racked up 2,254 rushing yards and 33 TD and set at least 46 school records.

Observers consider him to be a top-10 pick in the next NFL Draft.
