With six head coaches in the past 10 seasons, the Oakland Raiders don't know of stability.

That didn't change Tuesday as the team dismissed coach Hue Jackson after the team missed the playoffs after dropping four of its final five contests.

"(New Raiders general manager Reggie McKenzie) is going to gut this place," Jackson told CSNBayArea.com. "He wants to bring in his own guys. No job is safe right now."

Jackson's apparently wasn't despite the team's strong 7-4 start, but with the nearby San Francisco 49ers comfortably in the postseason Oakland's collapse couldn't be ignored.

McKenzie will be introduced by the team Tuesday and will head up the search for a new coach.
