Michael Vick threw a pair of touchdown passes to lead the Philadelphia Eagles to a 20-7 victory over the Dallas Cowboys Saturday.

Dallas lost quarterback Tony Romo to a hand injury early in the game and then decided to rest other starters.

The loss eliminated the Cowboys from NFC wildcard contention so their playoff hopes come down to next week's game on the road against the New York Giants. New York defeated the Jets earlier Saturday to stay alive for the NFC East title.

That Giants win also knocked the disappointing Eagles out of the playoff picture.

Romo suffered a contusion on his throwing hand after he hit the helmet of Philadelphia defensive end Jason Babin. Romo did not return.

Vick completed 18 of 32 passes for 293 yards and threw TD passes to tight end Brent Celek and Jeremy Maclin for Philadelphia (7-8).

Vick tossed a 13-yard touchdown to Celek over the middle to give the Eagles the lead just 3:30 into the first quarter. Maclin hauled in a 5-yard touchdown in the back of the end zone with five seconds remaining in the first half.

Stephen McGee, who replaced Romo after the first series, completed 24 of 38 passes for 182 yards. The Cowboys avoided being shutout as McGee hit Miles Austin for a 4-yard touchdown pass with seven seconds to play in the game.
