The Kansas Jayhawks blew what appeared to be an insurmountable lead to become the third No. 1 seed (Gonzaga and Indiana) to be eliminated from the 2013 tournament as the fourth-seeded Michigan Wolverines wiped out a 10-point Kansas lead in the last 3 minutes of regulation to beat the Jayhawks 87-85 in overtime and advance to the Elite Eight.

The Wolverines trailed by 10 with under 3 minutes to go in regulation and by 5 with about 20 seconds on the clock. With Michigan trailing by 3, the Wolverines fouled Kansas guard Elijah Johnson. Johnson missed the front end of a 1-and-1, setting the stage for Trey Burke. Burke nailed a long, tying 3-pointer in the final seconds of regulation.

Michigan's Trey Burke scored all 23 of his points in the second half and overtime. Mitch McGary led the Wolverines with 25 points and 14 rebounds to keep Michigan in the game.

Michigan faces the Florida Gators in the Elite Eight on Sunday.
