Jason Terry poured in 27 points and Dirk Nowitzki added 21 points despite a poor shooting effort, lifting the Dallas Mavericks to a 105-95 win in game six of the NBA Finals.
Dallas won the series 4-2, including the last four games.
Miami could not keep up with an efficient and deeper Dallas squad, with LeBron James and Dwayne Wade combining to commit 11 of the team's 16 turnovers.
The Heat was abysmal from the free-throw line, missing 13 of 33 attempts.
Chris Bosh scored 19 points and added eight rebounds for Miami, which fell to the same team it defeated for the title in 2006.
