Pop star Justin Beiber, after a failed live chat with fans, has released part of a new single he's working on out of frustration.

On Sunday, Bieber posted on Twitter, "its not finished but heres a little part a song I'm working on," including a link to the unfinished track.

Earlier, Bieber tweeted, "Watch my live stream at 8," referring to his live appearance on twitcam that would let him interact with his fans. However, the momentous affair did notpush through due to technical problems. His fans must have readied in full force because the singer tweeted as the chat was to start, "livestream is over capacity it not letting me in the room give me a second lol"

After a while he tweeted, "alright so livestream isnt working.. soo im gonna figure something out." In an attempt to make it up to his disappointed fans, Bieber wrote, "since nothing is working and im super upset i feel i gotta make it up to u. i should post a new song on twitter so you can still be excited."

The 18-year-old singer also attempted to use a different streaming platform but it wouldn't work as well, perhaps due to the millions of fans who wanted to get a glimpse of their idol.

Bieber even posted a screenshot of the error message and wrote, "really now ustream is over capacity my fans are amazing but this is frustrating." Aside from that, he also posted an Instagram photo of him sporting what he claimed to be his 'frustrated' face.

Meanwhile, in lieu of the livestream video, Bieber posted an apology video to his fans explaining his predicament, and then proceeded to play part of his new song, "You Want Me" while singing along with it, with the special appearance of some of his family members.

Bieber, who was on vacation, was shirtless in the video, by the way. That should have done it for his fans.
