The Fastest Cars Money Can Buy

The 65 miles per hour speed limit on most of America's freeways doesn't keep us from fantasizing about cars capable of traveling three times that speed. The astronomical price tags attached to them aren't having much of an effect, either.

The world of high-performance automobiles is continually evolving, with manufacturers pushing the limits of speed, acceleration, and engineering.

These cars represent the pinnacle of automotive engineering and performance, but they also come with substantial price tags and are often produced in limited numbers.
